Dairy Dame Cow Ghee is prepared using our traditional Bilona method by churning of curd formed overnight using fresh cow milk. It is made daily in small batches and 35 litres of milk goes into preparing 1 litre of pure cow ghee.
Dairy Dame Cow Ghee is made using fresh & pure cow milk procured from our own farm. The milk is boiled and curdled by adding a little amount of curd and letting it sit overnight. Using the Bilona method curd is slowly churned to make butter. The butter obtained through this process is then separated, washed multiple times to remove sourness and slowly heated to obtain pure cow ghee. This is why Dairy Dame ghee has a grainy texture, thicker consistency, tempting aroma, superior flavour, and is much healthier.
Prepared from pure butter obtained from curd formed overnight using fresh cow milk. As it is made from curd, it is nutrient-dense and a lot lighter and healthier than ghee that is processed from milk cream. It is abundant in butyric acid, amino acids, and vitamins A, D, K, and E - all of which stimulate body metabolism while also promoting immunity and improving intestine health.
